Appointment Reminders

You can provide your email address and receive timely reminders of your scheduled appointment with us. We request at least 24-hours prior notice during our business hours to cancel or change your appointment, so that the appointment can be offered to other patients.

Insurance information and help for you

You can contact our office to assist you with any concerns regarding your insurance benefitsand claims. We make every effort to control the cost of dental care for you and will assist you in all aspects of your dental care. To assure harmony in our relationship, we feel that financial arrangements must be clearly and mutually understood. Before you begin treatment, we can provide you with a detailed estimate of the cost. Since all insurance plans are different, it is important that our patients understand the benefits provided by their own insurance plan such as patient eligibility, plan benefits, frequency limitations, dental history and other factors that may affect dental benefits paid on your behalf.
